Depression A Small Overview

Greetings all,

   You might have probably heard and also familiar about the word "Depression" which is ruining lives of many around us, with many reasons and causes,some escape with good precautions and techniques .Very often it happens , depending upon the situation..don't blame yourself being into a trap of it.
         Friends, many of us are educated and we are enough literated to understand the situation why it happens, where illeterates aren't familiar with the word depression..but they are overcoming from that toughest situation within a short span..I wanted to let you all know about depression. 
              Do you really think that depression is that hard, as we cannot overcome from that web, we are tied ourselves in !!!!, without any medicine? But I don't think so...and I will make you all to agree with my opinion.
 I agree it's very tough though I say it's not..because you have provided a good space for rejection in your mind rather than to recover..This is the first draw back to drag u back...Friends , I assure that it has a solution. As u might all heard about a proverb, "Nirvana is in subtle".
      Many says do this for good result find a better alternative if first trial doesn't work, better try this..But, But,But, I only convey you all a small solution. Where u feel safe and to apply that tecnique to solve your problem by yourself in your safe feeling zone. Before we reveal some techniques, 
You should question these yourself:
1.Are u really aware about, that you are really a patient who is trapped under depression ?
2.Which situation is making u feel depress?
3.Is it happening very often or seldom?
4.What kind of perception you have?
5.Are you really in a mood to start the technique which  I am gonna reveal you?
Some techniques:
1.First and foremost, you should feel that you aren't trapped in state of depression..or depression is a big disease which crushes a lot time to recover.
2. For few days avoid those situations which left a mark to  feel you depress.
3. Don't even bother whether it is for an hour or hours.you should feed brain as am about to cure it myself and I have that medicine within me, and am so glad that I am going to over one from any kind of toughest situation.
4. See, we all know, perception of human differ from person to person. Alike the reasons also differ as well.Now it's your time to decide what to do so that u can overcome from it. Dont think about the reasons..leave it with the second point as we headed to fourth point of recovering.
5.Finally, revealing ( Nirvana is in subtle),
   Human may be of any kind of attitude or perception he have..Choose your perfect place where you feel yourself comfort , Better I suggest in a pleaant atmosphere with natural breeze of nature touches your body and where you can inhale and exhale good breathe.Sit in a staright meditation pose, close your eyes, set your inner eyes view at the centre point of your eyebrows , as you have lit a candle light in front of you and it should be clearly visible to you with your closed eyea and chant that you are in a perfect situation and many more happiness are gifted to me in this world which I have to win, earn and to feel all those with a great energetic brain and soul.
Do this regularly for few minutes ,I swear depression just leaves you within a short span.
